Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager at Adhikari Group in Kathmandu. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans, managing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and driving brand awareness.

Qualifications

Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing, market research, and brand management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and trends
Ability to think creatively and innovatively
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or related field
Proficiency in marketing software and tools
Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams
