Job Description

In coordination with the Directors of TDC, the position holder leads the development and rollout of all Marketing Strategies and their implementation in line with the organization's priorities
Conducts continuous field visits to understand the market and maintain good PR
Plans and manages the Marketing team regarding field visits and PR
Coordinates with in-house clinic team, to develop, roll out and monitor marketing plans, documentation, brand profiling
Gives thorough report on the daily, weekly and monthly marketing, and makes strategic improvements
Create plans within the budget allocated and give proper reporting by the end
Maintains and upholds TDC standard of documentation, branding and profiling
Holds daily Marketing Meetings (MMs) with the team and weekly MMs with the directors
Coordinates, supervises and evaluates the work of Marketing employees
Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan
Collects data from the clinic for creating the marketing plans
Market through various channels and segment databases working with large data sets
Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives, including impact on lead flow, LTV and retention
Propose and manage marketing research projects to generate consumer insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications
Partner with creative teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors
Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes
