About the job

Responsibilities

Create and manage surveys, opinion polls, or questionnaires to gather data.
Oversee and maintain the company’s social media platforms.
Assist teams in planning, developing, and executing marketing initiatives.
Perform administrative duties to support the marketing and business development team, including preparing reports, and maintaining documentation.
Assist in developing strategies to attract new business, including identifying and qualifying leads.
Help manage and update the CRM system to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
Provide accurate and detailed information about products and services to customers.[Be specific when describing each of the responsibilities. Use gender-neutral, inclusive language.]

Example: Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production, to ensure maximum usability

Qualifications

Bachelor/ Master degree in Marketing, Business or Communications

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).[Some qualifications you may want to include are Skills, Education, Experience, or Certifications.]
