Roles and responsibilities of this job

Requirements:

3 to 5 years for Marketing Executive and 2 to 3 years experience for Marketing Officers in the field of Construction chemicals, Cements or construction hardware sales and marketing
Meet with retail customers (stores) to present and support sales of our products
Monitor store performance and propose adjustments to product offering. and, promotional activities)
Ensure that stores display and stock our products appropriately
Benchmark Sika products versus competition.
Provide in store training for sales associates and consumers as appropriate
Should be able to travel within the region

Brief Job Description:

Create and identify End- customers
Generate retail sales
Meet sales target, Participate in extensive Product & Sales training programs
Adhere to strict report protocols, extensive, market research, and analysis ability

For above posts conveyance of their own will be an advantage
