Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Executive to join our Hair and Skin Department. The ideal candidate should possess 4 plus years of experience in the healthcare sector or related field, demonstrating a proven track record of achieving Marking targets and building strong customer relationships. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving marketing of hair and skin treatments, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Skills and Expertise:

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to achieve marketing targets in the Hair and Skin Department.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other marketing tactics.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to promote brand loyalty and repeat business.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate customers on the features and benefits of our hair and skin care products.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.
Prepare and present marketing reports, forecasts, and analyses to management on a regular basis.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events to showcase products and generate leads.
Assist in training and mentoring junior sales staff as needed.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 4 years

Other Specification

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Health care Management/Business Management or related field.
4 plus years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare sector or related industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Knowledge of hair and skin clinic services is preferred
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
