Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Marketing Executive to join our team. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting our medical, surgical, and hospital-related equipment, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare institutions.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and queries promptly.

Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify potential customers and opportunities.
Analyze competitors and industry trends to stay ahead in the market.

Sales and Promotion:

Promote the company’s medical and surgical equipment to target customers.
Organize product demonstrations and presentations to educate clients about the benefits of our offerings.
Meet or exceed sales targets by converting leads into successful deals.

Strategic Planning:

Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement marketing strategies.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and events to enhance brand visibility.

Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and feedback.
Prepare regular sales and marketing performance reports for management review.

Team Collaboration:

Coordinate with other departments, including logistics and customer support, to ensure smooth operations.
Provide feedback to the product development team regarding market needs and trends.

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the healthcare or medical equipment sector.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel as required.
