About the job

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Marketing Executive who will begin as an intern with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance. The ideal candidate should be passionate about entrepreneurship and startups, with a creative mind and a critical thinking approach. This role is perfect for someone who is proactive, can work independently, and has a keen interest in the startup ecosystem. The primary focus of this role will be on developing and executing marketing campaigns targeted at startups and the entrepreneurial community.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of startups-focused marketing campaigns.
Create and manage newsletters, ensuring content is engaging and relevant to our target audience, particularly within the startup ecosystem.
Manage and grow our LinkedIn presence, actively engaging with our community and fostering connections within the startup world.
Organize and promote events, especially those related to startups and entrepreneurship.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels, with a focus on startups.
Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements tailored to the startup audience.
Contribute creative ideas to enhance our marketing strategies, with an emphasis on engaging the startup community.

Ideal Candidate:

Active on LinkedIn with a good understanding of social media dynamics, especially in the context of startups.
Prior experience in organizing events, preferably related to startups and entrepreneurship at the college level.
Creative thinker with the ability to think critically about marketing strategies, particularly those targeting startups.
Able to work independently with minimal guidance and take initiative in tasks.
Basic understanding of creating and managing newsletters and other marketing campaigns, with a focus on startups.
Highly interested in entrepreneurship, startups, and the startup ecosystem.
