Job Description

We are seeking for a marketing executive to join our team at Ace Higher Secondary who will be responsible for:

Responsibilities:

  • Driving growth through offline distribution channels and manage all aspects of the sales process from lead generation to post-sales support
  • Prospect hunting: Generate leads for each category, reach out and establish rapport,with prospective educators & channel partners
  • Pipeline management: Build a healthy lead base and ensure a steady flow of prospects
  • Client Farming: Guiding educators with content strategy to grow important Business metrics
  • Crafting and implementing channel sales strategies to meet monthly/quarterly/yearly sales target
  • Timely follow-up and reminder to generate inquiries through the Partner network
  • Address partner related issues, sales conflicts and pricing issues in a timely manner
  • Structuring and implementing innovative deals by adding value to the channel partner and staying ahead of the competition
  • Managing campaigns, websites and social media
  • Managing the school websites
  • Collaborate with the design team to get the images and videos designed on time

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years prior sales/partner BDR experience
  • Strong sales experience a must. Proven sales ability including pricing, relationship building and management
  • Content creation skills
  •  Previous experience in a marketing/sales role is a huge plus
  • Hard working and willing to achieve a high volume of outbound calling activity every day while maintaining a positive and energetic persona
