Title: Marketing Executive - Business Class Hotel
Location: Butwal, Nepal
Salary: Nrs.30,000 to 40,000 (Salary package can be increased depending upon profile)

Job Description:

As a Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in promoting our hotel and attracting guests through strategic marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and boost revenue. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a passion for hospitality and a keen understanding of market trends.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the hotel’s services, amenities, and special offers.

Identify target markets and demographics, and tailor marketing efforts to effectively reach and engage prospective guests.

Utilize various channels, including social media, email marketing, print advertising, and partnerships, to maximize exposure and generate leads.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional materials, presentations, and sales collateral.

Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results and ROI.

Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community stakeholders to drive referrals and partnerships.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our brand and forge new connections.

Provide regular reports and updates to management on marketing activities, achievements, and challenges.

Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer service in all interactions with guests, colleagues, and external partners.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.

Strong understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Nepali.

Ability to think creatively, problem-solve, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with marketing tools and software.

Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.

Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with a passion for achieving results.

Good convincing skills and the ability to influence and persuade others effectively.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
