Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Identify the target customer, schedule and follow through on calls and visits to the perspective customer
Coordinating promotional activities, events and seminars
Conducting research and marketing campaigns
Track customer orders, sales, delivery, installations, complaints, status reports, etc.
Maintain customer data and prepare daily and monthly reports for management’s review
Develop strategies to promote customer base and product improvement
Plan, develop, execute marketing plan and communicate with the team

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Minimum Bachelor Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology/ Bsc. Microbiology/ Bsc. Biochemistry
BBA or BBS would also be accepted if experience more than 2 years in IVD or similar fields
Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to make the teamwork
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Suite - prepare presentations and maintain customer data in Excel
Sales-oriented and Target-driven with good influence both internal and external
Solve customer queries and maintain tactics, courtesy, conformity and work ethics
Be customer focused and a relationship builder
Should be a two-wheeler license holder
