Marketing Director

Our organization is seeking an International Marketing Director to assist us in developing and implementing marketing strategies. The ideal applicant is self-starter, aggressive, imaginative, team player and enthusiastic about our company's offerings. Applicants must be able to reach out to international and domestic clientele via digital and conventional media. Experienced international marketing directors with e-commerce, lead generation, and foreign exposure are preferred. Essential job tasks include developing and executing marketing plans, collaborate with international recruiters, and devising out-of-the-box strategies for reaching targets.

Responsibilities:

• Create digital and conventional marketing campaigns for a variety of channels.
  Develop, execute, and evaluate initiatives using research.
  Travel overseas and make business contacts as needed. 
• Develop a department-wide online marketing strategy
• Develop and Supervise Ecommerce Marketing Team
• Collaborate with IT department to implement NBOs, new practices and to ensure system security 
• Creates graph in the system to track product sales
• Lead development of tailored marketing campaigns
• Identify and reaches out to potential affiliates
• Research and formulates ways to optimize user experience
• Use data to create strategic plan
• Maintain working knowledge of best practices in marketing

Requirements and Qualification:

• A bachelor's degree/ Masters preferred in marketing, business, e-commerce, or a similar profession is required
  3 years of international marketing experience. 
• Highly strategic, analytical, and critical thinker with the ability to approach very complex problems and distil them into simple, powerful strategies.
• Capability to express ideas in novel ways and from novel angles.
• Personal characteristics include excellent written and oral communication skills, reporting and presentation skills, persuasive marketing ability and strong leadership skills and a great team player
  

Education:

• A bachelor's degree/ Masters preferred in marketing, business, e-commerce, or a similar profession is required
• Knowledge in remote work/BPO setup/business is a plus.
