Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Coordinating marketing initiatives and activities
Implement marketing plans that include print, broadcast, and online content
Create branded advertising campaigns
Designing banners, fliers and able to use photo editing software
Set up tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities
Conduct market research to identify marketing opportunities and negotiate media coverage
Traffic all advertising efforts to appropriate channels
Develop and manage all internal communication systems
Create, maintain and strengthen the organization’s overall brand through all media avenues
Manage print contractors and other promotional vendors
Handle digital marketing
Monitoring the e-commerce sales and process and track the order for timely delivery
Works as the contact person for customer related issues and campaigns
Closely monitoring customer loyalty program

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications
Minimum of 2 years experience in content management, creative writing, advertising concepts and media negotiations
Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies
Ability to gather large amounts of data and convert it into meaningful analysis and present in user- friendly format
Solid organizational skills and detail-oriented
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Creative mind with superb written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Photoshop, and web editing packages
Must own a two-wheeler vehicle with a valid driving license
