Role Description

We are looking for a full-time, on-site Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team at Talo. The Marketing Associate will play a key role in enhancing our brand presence in the market, driving sales growth, and supporting the execution of innovative marketing campaigns. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve our goals of brand expansion and increased market share.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research projects on various topics to identify new trends and opportunities.
• Initiate and manage User-Generated Content (UGC) collaborations, including procurement of content and establishing long-term influencer relationships.
• Conceptualize and implement creative, on-trend marketing ideas that align with our evolving brand identity.
• Participate in events and stalls to promote and expand the Talo brand presence.
• Manage partnerships with new and existing marketing agencies to drive broader lifestyle brand campaigns.
• Create and manage content for TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram, ensuring it aligns with our rebranding strategy.
• Maintain and expand relationships with influencers, coordinating promotional campaigns and brand collaborations.
• Conduct door-to-door marketing to wholesale and retail vendors and shops, strengthening both new and existing customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven communication and sales skills, with the ability to articulate brand messaging effectively.
• Experience in market research and marketing strategies, plus a keen interest in identifying new opportunities.
• Demonstrated project management skills, with an ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to optimize marketing initiatives.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience in the textile, retail, or broader lifestyle industry is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
