About the job

Role Description

We are looking for marketing and business promotion assistant who can assist day to day operation, record keeping, communication with clients in Nepal and Japan and report/inform/consult to the CEO.

Please be informed that this is a very basic level admin vacancy post and only intended for applicant looking for a long-term growth. If you are hired, you will be required to do 1.5 months paid internship first as trial period.

Basic Qualifications:

Must be living walking distance from Dilli bazar (within 15 mins).
SLC Pass (Minimum).
Basic computer knowledge is a must.
Must have Two or Four-Wheeler Driver's License (to go around the city)
Experience with Microsoft office apps, Google Drive apps (preferable)
Must have PC to work from home when required (preferable)

Preferable Qualifications

Time and punctuality (as we will be dealing with Japanese people)
Habit of reporting and informing as well as consulting.
Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
Familiarity with office equipment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient in MS Office Suite and Google Drive
Associate or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is a plus
