As a Marketing and Staffing Consultant at Raj Laxmi Tax Consultancy Pvt. Ltd., you will serve as a vital part of an outsourced remote team supporting our UK-based healthcare client. Your primary focus will be marketing the client’s services to UK care and nursing homes, followed by recruiting qualified healthcare staff to meet their needs.

This is a dynamic, target-driven role that requires a strong command of English, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage both client relationships and the end-to-end recruitment process. While you will be employed by Raj Laxmi Tax Consultancy, your daily work will be closely aligned with the staffing and growth needs of our UK client — operating in a model similar to business process outsourcing (BPO).

Job Responsibilities:

Marketing through phone calls (cold calls) to attract new business in the UK.
Promote the services via email, phone, and digital outreach.
Work closely with the Operations Manager and Team head to align outreach efforts with client expectations.
Source, screen, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals (e.g., nurses, carers) via job boards, Social media, and sourcing platforms.
Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring quality and compliance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Stay up to date on UK healthcare market trends, regulations, and hiring best practices.
Provide reports and updates on recruitment and marketing activities to internal management.

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Effective Marketing skills to draw in carehome in the UK as a client.
Experience of Marketing or a similar role.
Strong understanding of marketing and recruitment best practices and industry trends.
Good Communication Skills.
Excellent command of the English language.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Results-driven with a focus on achieving recruitment goals.

Skills & Competencies:

Fluent English (spoken and written) – essential for UK client engagement.
Marketing through phone calls (Cold Call)
Client-oriented marketing ability – ideally in healthcare or B2B services.
Recruitment & candidate sourcing experience. (Preferred)
Ability to multitask between marketing and recruitment responsibilities.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Self-driven and goal-focused with a proactive attitude.
