Job Title: Marketing Officer

Job Summary:

 We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining relationships with clients in the INGO and NGO sectors, while also managing our social media presence to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including international non-governmental organizations (INGOs) and non-governmental organizations (NGOs).
• Schedule and conduct meetings with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
• Present marketing strategies and solutions tailored to the needs of each client.

Social Media Management:

• Create, curate, and manage engaging content across all social media platforms.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and opportunities for engagement.
• Analyze and report on social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies to maximize reach and engagement.

Marketing Strategy Development:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with client goals.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and opportunities for growth.

Content Creation:

• Assist in developing marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and promotional content that resonate with the target audience.
• Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all platforms.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on client engagement and social media management (Preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media management tools.
