Job Description

Knowledge and Abilities:

Develop, manage and execute an annual strategic marketing and communications plan for the Property.
Evaluate the success of various communication strategies and provide recommendations for improvement.
Communicate and negotiate with promotional partners as needed for joint marketing activities.
Develop and promote branding initiatives consistently in line with brand standards.
Monitor, evaluate and make recommendations for marketing campaigns based on findings/opportunities with competitor’s in the market.
Facilitates social media engagement and update content in local digital channels, hotel website, travel sites as per brand standards.

Education: Bachelor in Marketing/Public Relation or equivalent.

Experience: At least 5-7 years of overseeing hospitality marketing or digital/social advertising experience is preferred.
