Roles and responsibilities of this job
This is a marketing, advertising and business trainee role where you'll learn all the hard & soft skills needed to help companies to do well online as well as using your skillsets acquired. The programme will be tailored towards each person's skill set.
Some of the tools & software we'll be using:
NOTE: you do not need experience in this because we'll be training you fully with plenty of practice however if you do then it's a bonus!
1. Website & funnel design:
2. Managing advertisements
3. Email Marketing
4. Design
5. Canva, CapCut, Adobe Software (premiere pro, photoshop etc or relevant)
6. Creative writing & research
7. SEO tools, Google words & research tools
+ more!
During the training period, you will get a chance to specialise in a certain field e.g. Ads, creative design, website/funnel, admin, client relationships etc...

Salary
Negotiable but for trainees, it will be anywhere from NRs 12,000 to 17,000 depending on experience. Once fully trained, you can expect at least NRs 26,000, yearly increases, incentives & bonuses.
