Roles and responsibilities of this job

Job Responsibility:

Enforce policy documents approved by Board to ensure required level of transparency and good governance across technology department.
Systematize and migrate whole technical operation across all units and sub-units into fully digital environment.
Preparing and submitting MIS Report to the management to keep track of entire departmental activities.
Review technical reports to devise a right technical strategies in tune with overall business strategies.

Required Experience:More than or equal to 3 years

Other Specification

Qualification:

Minimum of Bachelor degree in Electronics and Communications, IT, Computer Science or equivalent degree. Preference to the applicants managing ISP/ICT companies in a mid-level position.

Work Experience:

Proven experience of working in a manager level for 3 years with total experience of 7 years plus in the technology operation in any leading ISP companies. Experience of running technology operation in any leading DTV/MSO companies is added advantage.

Required Skill and Knowledge:

Candidate should have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to motivate the team for timely and quality result delivery.
Capable of managing entire technology operation independently to have the competitive operation in place.
He/She should have experience in Network Operation Center (NOC), IP technologies, firewall, routing and switching networks, knowledge of digital head-end system with configuration of QAM, MUX and Encoder/Decoder.
Knowledge of digital and internet subscriber management system and its operations.
Managing customer support eco-system
Preferences to those candidates completing industry related certification.
