We are excited to announce an opportunity for an experienced Manager to join our team in the automobile sector. This role is ideal for a professional with a deep understanding of the automobile industry, a proven track record in management, and a strategic mindset that can lead our operations to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the automobile division, ensuring efficiency in all aspects, from inventory management to customer service.
Develop and implement short and long-term business strategies to enhance profitability, market presence, and operational efficiency.
Manage and mentor a dynamic team of professionals. Provide guidance, training, and motivation to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
Identify opportunities for business expansion, new partnerships, and revenue streams. Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, clients, and other key stakeholders.
Conduct regular market research to keep the company updated on industry trends, consumer demands, and competitive landscape. Adapt business strategies accordingly to remain competitive.
Monitor budgets, financial forecasts, and cost controls to ensure profitability and efficient resource allocation.
Maintain excellent relationships with customers, resolving any escalated issues, and ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction.
Ensure all operations comply with company policies, government regulations, and safety standards.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience: At least 3 years of managerial experience, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in the automobile industry.

Skills:

Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Knowledge of Computer and ERP application
Expertise in business strategy and market analysis.
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Excellent communication skills in both English and the local language.
In-depth understanding of the automobile industry, including current trends, technologies, and challenges.
