Roles and responsibilities of this job

Able to keep systematic business records and prepare financial statements, budgets and reports
Perform and implement assigned duties and responsibilities by board of directors
Give financial recommendations about interest rates, and investment and loan products as seen in the competitive market scenario
Handle efficiently all the staffs and its departments i.e. accounts, loan, and marketing as well as customer inquiries and complaints
Handle company’s problems in technological, financial, service field & develop strategic planning
Develop strategies and policies to achieve company’s target
Perform all other duties as assigned and required

Note : The age of the applying candidate should be between 21 years to 50 years.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Must have minimum 2 years of work experience as a role of managerial level in Co-operative or any other financial institutions
Must have completed Master Degree from Management background
Strong organizational, analytical, dynamic, and interpersonal skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills both in Nepali and English
Self motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects
Ability to supervise, manage and motivate self and / staffs
Good communication and listening skills
Ability to work well with others in a cooperative environment
