Roles and responsibilities of this job

Overall management of branch office (All Departments)
Developing sales strategies and Setting sales targets for individual representatives
Provide proper training and guidance to the employees in meeting the branch objectives
Allocating areas to sales representatives
Monitoring performance of every employees and department
Compiling and analyzing sales figures
Reaching the targets and goals set for your area
Collecting customer feedback and market research
Keeping up to date with products and competitor
Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
Servicing the needs of company’s existing clients
Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

Must have completed Bachelor in related field
Must have experienced more than or equal to 5 years
Pro-active, hands-on, interpersonal and communicating skills
Good command over Nepali (written and spoken)
Strong commercial awareness and understanding
Ability to handle people and to promote teamwork
Goal-getter, extrovert, energetic, self-initiative, ambitious
Should have driving license for motorbike
