Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a highly motivated and intellectually curious individual to join our dynamic Legal team as a Management Trainee / Legal Intern for 6 months. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent law graduate or someone with early career experience to gain valuable practical legal experience and develop a strong foundation in corporate law.

Responsibilities

Assist in the drafting, review, and negotiation of various legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and legal opinions.
Assist in the management of legal disputes and litigation matters.
Support in various administrative tasks, such as document management and legal database maintenance.
Co-ordinate with the legal vendor and advocate for progress mapping
Validate the legal documentation on a periodic basis
Proceed for the tarikh at courts
Contribute to the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:Not Required

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Law or 3rd year Running
Excellent academic record and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Communication skills, both oral and written in Nepali and English language.
Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong interest in corporate law and a desire to build a career in the legal field.
