About the job

Position: Maintenance officer- Electrical ( Maintenance Dept Head)

Required No: 1

Qualification: Bachelors/Master degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering faculty.

Job Requirement: Experience: Minimum 4- 6 year of maintenance work experience

1. He should be a Strategic thinker with strong interpersonal communication skills, shall be able to work under pressure, should have problem analyzing and solving capabilities.

Proficiency in working with and its effective maintenance of a varieties of electrical equipment and other utilities like 1 Ф – 3 Ф motors, DG sets, Air Compressors /Blowers/Suction motor pumps/suction sets with its accessories. Should possess a good knowledge of motor Starter and control panels.
Should possess the knowledge of Operation, maintenance and control of HVAC systems.
Should have Strong technical skills in handling Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing work, electrical Power Distribution system inside multifloored commercial building setup including Electro-Mechanical Design and drawing capabilities including electrical earthing and safety need. Ability to use Auto CAD/MATLAB or any Standard Design tool would be an added advantage.
Should have in depth knowledge of all kinds of maintenance job as well as installation of equipment including civil projects.
Should be Proficient in Computer application and digital documentation need of entire repair and maintenance setup.
Should be able to keep the overall maintenance equipment and systems in compliance with standard safety protocols.
