Ability to analyze data & solve problems
General theory and algorithm of skilled recommendation model (sort model, click prediction, recall models, user images, deep learning, etc) at least 2 years of work experience
SVD, GBM, XGB, GBDT, LTR, word2vec, CRF, LSTM, etc
Familiarity with general algorithms
Skillfully grasp the basic theory and method of machine learning and deep learning and work on natural language processing practical application experience
One of tenssorflow, caffe, mxnet, pytorch, etc or expert in using multiple deep learning framework

Eligibility:

English
Computer, mathematics, machine learning, statistics, natural language processing or related majors, master’s or doctor’s degree, work experience welcome
Spark, hadoop those who are familiar with distributed computing method programming
Experience in related projects such as content introduction, product introduction and advertisement introduction

Job Description

Development and optimization of algorithms for contents, EC sites, advertisements, etc.
Top news, community, live broadcast, video, advertisement, etc
Architecture R & D
Supports data and requests to ensure accurate recommendation of related products
Recall of initial screening, estimation of click rate, development & optimization of recommended sorting model
System data analysis, scenario strategy, quality monitoring and high concurrency coordination
Realization of commercialization by recommendation system
Create scenario images, user images and behavior models
Introduce advance technology to the industry to improve the recommendation effect
