Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a qualified Lower Secondary Teacher for all subjects to join our team of dedicated educators. Our school focuses on providing a high-quality education to students from lower secondary grades, preparing them for higher education and beyond.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement lesson plans, according to the school's curriculum guidelines.
Teach students providing a solid foundation for their academic and personal growth.
Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment that promotes active learning.
Utilize various teaching methods, resources, and technologies to engage students in the learning process.
Monitor and assess students' academic progress, providing timely feedback and support for improvement.
Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to develop and implement school-wide initiatives.
Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to keep them updated on their child's progress.
Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment that respects diversity and promotes mutual respect and understanding.
Attend and actively participate in school meetings, professional development opportunities, and parent-teacher conferences.
Adhere to school policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
