Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

To prepare lesson plans and deliver engaging English lessons for Grades 4 to 7
To create an English-speaking environment and motivate students to speak English within the school premises
To assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
To maintain classroom discipline and foster a positive learning environment
To participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events
To conduct assembly and other CCA activities
To perform other academic duties entrusted by the school management

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in English or Education (specialisation in English)
Minimum 3 year’s teaching experience in any reputed educational institutions
Strong command of written and spoken English
Excellent classroom management and communication skills
Passionate about activity-based teaching and child-centred learning
Must have basic computer knowledge

Salary and Benefits:

Monthly Salary: NPR 30,000 – 40,000 (based on qualification, experience, and performance)
Lunch Allowance: Rs. 50 per day based on daily attendance
Festival Bonus: Dashain allowance for those who complete a year in the school
