Must have completed a Bachelor degree with at least one year of experience (but not essential)
Good computer typing skills
Good understanding of accounting & finance
Must have good analytical and mathematical skills
Excellent in English - both verbal and written

Assist Mortgage Brokers in Home Loan application processing
Ensure compliance processes are followed and maintained
Liaise with clients to request supporting documentation
Data entry of loan application information into lender platforms
Provide meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Track home loans status & provide update to clients
Liaise with lenders and provide additional documents as requested
Providing excellent customer service to clients
Maintain Relation Management (CRM) platform
Able to work autonomously with set tasks and complete within allocated timeframe
