Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Handle the end-to-end loan application process, from preparation to submission and settlement. Ensure all required documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted in a timely manner.
Act as the primary point of contact between brokers, clients, lenders, solicitors, and conveyancers. Facilitate clear and consistent communication to provide clients with the smoothest and most convenient service. Offer timely updates and guidance to clients on required documents and timelines, addressing queries promptly.
Take full ownership of assigned responsibilities, maintaining accountability for the progress and quality of loan applications. Proactively resolve any issues that arise during the loan process to ensure a seamless client experience.
Work closely with brokers and credit analysts to ensure a smooth service experience. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely processing of loan applications.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Semi-qualified CAs or Bachelors in relevant field with minimum of 1 years of work experience in the finance field.
An experience in an Australian Mortgage Broking company within the same role is desirable but not mandatory.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proven commitment to providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive client experience.
Proficiency with mortgage loan processing software and Microsoft Office suite.
Proactive, positive attitude with a focus on problem-solving and ensuring smooth loan processing.

Salary Range: Starting at 600,000 to 900,000 NPR per annum.
