Live Host for Ecommerce Platform

We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Live Host to join our ecommerce platform team. The Live Host will be responsible for hosting live video broadcasts, interactive product demonstrations, and engaging Q&A sessions to promote our products, engage with customers, and drive sales. The ideal candidate is charismatic, outgoing, and comfortable in front of the camera, with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• Host live video broadcasts on our ecommerce platform/ Social Media Platform to showcase products, highlight features, and demonstrate their use to customers.
• Engage with customers in real-time during live broadcasts, answering questions, providing product recommendations, and addressing concerns to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop engaging content for live broadcasts, including product launches, promotions, and special events.
• Prepare scripts, outlines, or talking points for live broadcasts, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with brand messaging and objectives.
• Coordinate with product specialists, brand ambassadors, and guest speakers to participate in live broadcasts and provide expertise on specific products or topics.
• Monitor audience engagement metrics, such as viewer counts, comments, and feedback, during live broadcasts to gauge effectiveness and make adjustments as needed.
• Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and industry trends to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers during live broadcasts.
• Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot any issues related to live streaming technology, audiovisual equipment, or broadcasting platforms.
