We are an Australian leading mortgage service provider that works with funding partners, mortgage brokers, and referral channels is seeking to hire a Lending Operations Officer.

Key Responsibilities

Create and maintain loan applications within the CRM/Loan Tracker system, ensuring all applicant information is accurately entered and updated.
Establish and manage electronic client files, including document organization, naming conventions, and record maintenance in OneDrive.
Review loan applications and supporting documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with lender requirements.
Verify AML/CTF documentation, identity documents, and conduct VEVO checks where applicable.
Maintain detailed processing worksheets, file notes, and application records throughout the loan lifecycle.
Liaise with brokers to obtain missing information, issue documentation requests, and provide ongoing application support via email and phone.
Coordinate property valuations, including obtaining valuation quotes, issuing invoices, collecting valuation fees, arranging valuations, and filing completed reports.
Progress completed applications to the Credit Assessment stage and ensure all processing milestones are met within required timeframes.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field preferred.
At least 1 year of Australian mortgage loan processing experience, lending administration or banking.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to review and verify documentation accurately.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and cloud-based document management systems.
Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet service level expectations.

Remote Work Requirements

Must be based in Kathmandu.
Able to work an early shift overlapping with Sydney business hours.
Reliable high-speed internet connection with backup connectivity.
Stable power supply/UPS backup.
Dedicated and private workspace suitable for handling confidential financial information.
