Roles and responsibilities of this job

In this position, you will be responsible for legal counseling, government office visit, drafting/inspecting of legal documents including providing applicable, technical, and administrative support to the Bank on legal issues. And data entry of all financial transaction.

Assets Purchases
Petty Cash
Adjustment Entry
Deposits Entry
Vendor Payment Entry
Record Keeping of VAT Book
Recording of Monthly Outlet Wise Stationery, Cleaning & Other Petty Expenses
Voucher Print
Supporting Attachment
File Creation
Queries Related to Payment
Queries Related to Procedure
Filing Voucher
Follow up Vendors for Ledger
Follow Outlet Coordinator for Bills & Deposits
Follow up Marketing for Timely Bills
Follow up IT for Timely Bills
Follow up Logistic for PI & Return Entry
Queries Related to EO & ER

Salary: 20K to 25K (CTC)
Note: Must have two wheeler & valid license
