Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
Provide legal advice to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Handle legal disputes, litigation, and liaise with external counsel as needed.
Ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and other regulatory policies.
Assist in managing company assets, legal records, and intellectual property.
Conduct risk assessments and mitigate legal risks for the organization.
Collaborate with internal departments to provide legal support on operational matters.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) is mandatory; Master’s degree (LLM) is preferred.
Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a corporate or financial sector.
Sound knowledge of Nepali legal frameworks, including labor law, contract law, and compliance regulations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in legal documentation and reporting.
