Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern - Legal (Commercial) to support our legal and compliance functions. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for aspiring legal professionals to gain practical exposure in commercial law, contract management, and corporate legal operations within a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in drafting, reviewing, and proofreading commercial agreements and contracts
Support due diligence and legal research on commercial matters
Maintain and organize legal documents and records
Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
Support the legal team in correspondence and documentation
Conduct research on legal issues relevant to business operations
Perform other legal and administrative tasks as assigned

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:Not Required

Other Specification

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent)
Strong understanding of basic legal principles, especially commercial law
Good legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work professionally
