Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Participate in preparation of various immigration visas including H-1B/L-1/E-2 and PERM
Conduct basic immigration legal research
Prepare and various family and employment based immigration applications after conferring with our New York Office
Respond to client questions regarding immigration case status
Respond to immigration RFE
Maintain and update immigration docketing system to monitor response dates for Office Actions, filings, fees and payments
Supervise and train junior immigration Preparation Professionals

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

LL.B degree
1+ year of U.S. Immigration drafting and preparation experience preferred but not necessary and will train
Knowledge of U.S. immigration law preferred
Attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with rapidly changing priorities
