We are looking for a dynamic and driven Mid-Level Associate to join our established legal team. This role is ideal for a legal professional who is ready to take ownership of client matters, lead teams, and deliver quality counsel in a fast-paced, evolving business landscape.

You will play a key leadership role in managing legal operations, mentoring junior lawyers, and working closely with senior management on regulatory, transactional, and strategic matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice and support to various departments to ensure operational compliance with national laws and sector-specific regulations.
  • Oversee the management of litigation matters, liaise with external counsel, and support dispute resolution processes.
  • Identify and mitigate legal risks across the organization by implementing proactive measures and strategies.
  • Stay updated on legal developments relevant to the organization’s work and advise stakeholders accordingly.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of internal legal systems and documentation protocols.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare comprehensive reports as needed for internal and external use.
  • Participate in the development of company policies and ensure all business activities are aligned with applicable legal frameworks.
