Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate academic professional who can inspire students, contribute to curriculum development, and engage in research and innovation in the field of Computer Science and IT.

Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality lectures, tutorials, seminars, and practical/lab sessions in Computer Science and Information Technology courses.
Prepare course materials, lesson plans, assessments, and instructional resources in accordance with the curriculum.
Evaluate student performance through assignments, examinations, and continuous assessments, and provide constructive feedback.
Guide and mentor students through academic advising, research guidance, and general academic support.
Support students in developing technical skills, critical thinking, and professional competence.
Participate actively in departmental meetings, academic planning, and institutional activities.
Contribute to curriculum development, review, and continuous improvement of academic programs.
Uphold academic integrity, institutional policies, and professional standards.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

A Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. MSc.CSIT or equivalent qualifications are preferred.
Strong enthusiasm for teaching and the ability to motivate and inspire students.
Prior university-level teaching experience is an advantage; fresh graduates with thesis remaining are also encouraged to apply.
Sound knowledge of Computer Science and Information Technology fundamentals.
Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within an academic team.
