Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Teaching and Instruction:

Prepare and deliver high-quality lectures, tutorials, and seminars in banking and finance subjects.
Develop and update course materials, lesson plans, and assessments to reflect current industry trends.
Guide students in practical application of theoretical concepts, including case studies, simulations, and projects.

Student Support:

Mentor and support students in their academic and professional development.
Supervise student research projects, internships, and theses.
Provide timely feedback on assessments and address student queries effectively.

Research and Development:

Engage in academic research in banking, finance, and related fields to contribute to the institution's research goals.
Publish in reputable journals and present at academic conferences.

Curriculum Development:

Collaborate with the academic team to review and enhance the curriculum for banking and finance programs.
Integrate contemporary issues such as financial technology (FinTech), sustainability in finance, and global banking trends.

Industry Collaboration:

Foster relationships with financial institutions to bring industry insights into the classroom.
Organize guest lectures, workshops, and field visits for students.

Administrative Duties:

Participate in departmental and institutional meetings, committees, and events.
Assist in student admissions, counseling, and program promotion.

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Educational Qualification :

Master’s degree in Banking, Finance, or a related field (MBS/MBA).
Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA, or equivalent) will be an advantage.

Experience:

Minimum of [X] years of teaching or professional experience in banking, finance, or related fields.
Experience in academic research and publication is preferred.

Skills and Competencies:
