Join our team as a Lead Engineer and contribute to the development of cutting-edge cybersecurity. As a key player, your responsibilities will encompass:

Search and Indexing Enhancement: Focus on refining search and indexing capabilities, proposing efficient data structures and algorithms to boost system performance.
Bottleneck Identification and Resolution: Identify and address bottlenecks to ensure seamless operations within our cybersecurity infrastructure.
Decouple: Break free from legacy constraints. Decouple systems, liberate innovation, and seamlessly integrate solutions. Your challenge is to unshackle the potential of Logpoint's capabilities.
Leadership and Mentorship: Lead and mentor the team, emphasizing code quality and fostering a collaborative environment for continuous improvement.
Contribution to Continuous Improvement: Take the opportunity to contribute to the continuous improvement of our cybersecurity infrastructure within a corporate setting.
Cybersecurity Initiatives: Play a key role in advancing our cybersecurity initiatives, contributing to the overall enhancement of our cybersecurity tool.

Qualifications

The candidate is expected to meet the essential qualifications outlined below:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
8 years of experience in software development, and with data structures/algorithms.
Some experience with design and architecture.
Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team.

In addition to the specified prerequisites, we are keenly interested in candidates who demonstrate the following competencies:

Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
Some years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
Excellent understanding of multithreading concepts, VM internals, memory management, and GC optimization in Java.
Hands-on experience with Lucene/Elasticsearch, ZeroMQ (or any messaging queue), ANTLR, Jasper Report, and Junit.
Experience with cloud technologies and services, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Bonus points for experience in the cybersecurity realm.
