Ishan Children and Women's Hospital is seeking a motivated Lab Technologist to join our team. As a mid-level member of our organization, the Lab Technologist will play a crucial role in providing accurate and timely laboratory results for patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures, including but not limited to hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and immunology.
•  Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
•  Prepare and analyze samples, record and interpret data, and report results to medical staff
•  Ensure quality control and accuracy of all testing procedures.
  
•  Maintain inventory of supplies and reagents, and order new supplies as needed.
•  Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
•  Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
•  Train and supervise new laboratory staff.
•  Stay up-to-date with advances in laboratory technology and techniques.
•  Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures.
