Lab Technologist
Academic Qualification : Bachelor in Medical Laboratory Technology/Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory (NHPC license holder)
Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical Laboratory
Requirements:
Proficiency in Hematology, Biochemistry, Parasitology, and Microbiology Investigation.
Communication skills - Articulate and effective with fluency in both spoken and written Nepali and English. Additional languages like German, French, Japanese, and Chinese would be an added advantage.
Maintains competence in Laboratory Information systems that is crucial to the quality operations of the laboratory and patient care.
Actively participates in Quality Improvement Programs essential to ensure that laboratory testing is accurate, timely, and meets customer needs. .
Good teamwork and leadership.
Good knowledge of computers.
