Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lab Technician to join our team in the Construction/Real Estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting laboratory tests and experiments on various construction materials, including asphalt, concrete, and soil
Familiarity with testing equipment and proficiency in performing tests accurately and efficiently
Analyzing and interpreting test results and preparing comprehensive reports
Ensuring compliance with all safety procedures and regulations
Maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment as needed
Collaborating with engineers and project managers to provide technical support and assistance in materials selection and quality control
Staying updated with industry standards and trends and suggesting improvements for laboratory procedures
Maintaining records and documentation of all test results and reports

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Lab Technician in the construction/real estate industry or related field
Fluency in Chinese language
Fluency in English communication (Writing and Speaking)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
