Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Support in all training related activities through ensuring efficient marketing and delivery of training and workshops
Conducting Training Need Assessment; train-ability test; assist in training delivery and post training evaluation
Coordinating with clients, facilitators, participants and other service providers; prepare training budget and undertake pre and post training evaluation and prepare training completion reports are the key result areas

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Minimum of 1 year of working experience
Must have completed Master Degree in Management or related discipline from reputed College
Effective verbal and writing skills in both English and Nepali
MS Office package (Nepali Typing Must)
Must have pleasing and outgoing personality with good interpersonal and facilitating skills
Familiarity with Nepal's microfinance and cooperative sector conditions is not a strict requirement but will be an advantage
