Roles and responsibilities of this job

The position is Responsible for:

Achievement of Sales Target
Execute Effective Market Coverage
Quality Lead Generation
Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers
Screening, recruiting, and training sales employees
Calling potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases
Answering customers' questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed

Requirements:

Bachelor's Running or completed
Minimum 1 year of experience or freshers can also apply
Must-Have own 2-wheeler and driving License
Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills
Effective communication and Dynamic personality skills
Exceptional customer service skills
