Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a competent, detail-oriented, and motivated candidate for the position of Junior Officer. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, practical experience, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update books of accounts
Prepare financial statements, reports and trading/settelment
Handle bank reconciliation and ledger management
Manage VAT, TDS, and tax filings
Assist in audit preparation and coordination
Monitor daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy
Maintain proper documentation of financial records

Strong analytical and numerical skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Good communication and reporting skills
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
Strong ethical standards and confidentiality

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Basic criteria for selection

The selection criteria are as follows:

University degree
Excellent written and spoken English
Experience in stock brokerage and related functions
Experience in financial research and analysis
Knowledge of existing laws and regulations regarding capital markets

Candidates for all levels of staffs will be assessed on the basis of their education, work experience and their interview.
