As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will play a vital role in supporting our design team in creating visually compelling materials that communicate our brand message effectively. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative individual with a passion for design to gain hands-on experience and develop their skills in a collaborative and dynamic environment. You will work closely with a senior designer and other members of the team to contribute to various projects across print and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Support:
• Assist senior designer in developing design concepts, layouts, and artwork for a variety of projects, including marketing materials, social media graphics, presentations, and more.
• Execute design tasks with attention to detail and adherence to brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and quality in all deliverables.
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas, solve design challenges, and contribute to the creative process.
• Production Assistance:
• Prepare files for print and digital production, including formatting, resizing, and optimizing images and graphics for different mediums and platforms.
• Assist with proofreading and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and consistency in all final deliverables.
• Support the implementation of design changes and revisions based on feedback from stakeholders or clients.
• Learning and Development:
• Take initiative to expand your skills and knowledge in graphic design by actively seeking feedback from senior designer, researching industry trends, and participating in relevant training or professional development opportunities.
• Stay updated on design software tools and techniques, and leverage new technologies to enhance your design work and improve efficiency.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to understand project requirements and contribute to the development of design solutions that meet their needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Actively participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions, offering creative ideas and insights to support project objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity across print and digital mediums (portfolio should include school projects, internships, or freelance work).
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Basic understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and eagerness to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
