Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a Junior Database Designer and Developer - Microsoft SQL Server Databases (Knowledge of MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB is plus points) to assist in designing, developing, and maintaining our databases and data models. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has a basic understanding of database structures, and is eager to learn and grow in a data-driven environment. You will work under the guidance of senior developers to support the performance, integrity, and security of our databases.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize SQL Server Stored Procedures
Create performance scripts for database functions
Implement index strategies and performance tuning techniques
Execute solutions for database performance issues
Collaborate and communicate effectively with the team
Work on tight deadlines in a self-motivated environment

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Qualifications:

Experience with SQL Server Stored Procedures
Strong skills in index strategies and database performance tuning
Ability to create performance-optimized stored procedures
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
Must be self-motivated and able to meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

Experience with database design toolsMicrosoft Database Management Studio, Visual Data Tools (Knowledge on dbdiagram.io, MySQL Workbench, ER/Studio is plus).
Familiarity with data modeling concepts and best practices.
Exposure to scripting languages (e.g., Python) or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
Understanding of version control (e.g., Git) and basic software development practices.
