Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Performing laboratory and upscaling fermentation, downstream processing and analysis based on written and oral instructions from senior colleges.
Monitor fermentation processes and make necessary adjustments.
Documentation of experiments and production.
Developing and optimizing biotechnological processes.
Designing and building bioreactors and other equipment used in bioprocessing.
Researching to discover new biotechnological methods and applications.
Quality control and quality assurance in biotechnological manufacturing processes.
Regulatory compliance to ensure that biotechnological products meet safety and ethical standards.
Collaborating with scientists, researchers, and other professionals in multidisciplinary teams.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Minimum bachelor's degree of Science in biotechnology.
Fresher/Minimum 1 to 2 years experiences in fertilizer (Manufacturing) company or a related field.
Basic understanding of microbiology principles, including microbial identification, culture techniques, and enumeration methods.
Attention to detail and ability to accurately record data.
Strong laboratory skills and ability to follow established protocols.
Basic computer literacy for data analysis and record keeping.
