Job Title: BIM Modeler for Industrial Projects

Location: kathmandu

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeler to join our team for industrial projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with BIM software and a deep understanding of industrial construction processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage BIM models for various industrial and substation projects.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and efficient project execution.
Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts within the BIM environment.
Generate construction documents, drawings, and schedules from BIM models.
Ensure BIM standards and protocols are adhered to across all projects.
Provide support and training to team members on BIM tools and processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a BIM Modeler, preferably in industrial projects.
Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other relevant tools.
Strong understanding of industrial construction processes and standards.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Certification in BIM (preferred).
