Job Description

Compile daily outdoor transactions/services details
Prepare bills of outdoor services and inform the customers
Follow up the customers for payment
Travel for payment, collection, deposit at banks and for other official purposes when necessary
Maintain day book
Receive and verify goods purchases in relation to invoice
Prepare vouchers of receipt, payment and deposits
Prepare cheques for payment
Call creditors for payment collection
Supervise the deposit of collected revenue such as cash, cheque, card and online payments in specific banks
Prepare periodic bank reconciliation
Contact and co-ordinate with various banks in order to identify the unreconciled transactions and for other banking activities
Other simple tasks of Account Department
